İstanbul based brand Rose Diamond was founded by diamond trader Tekin Basmaci in 1980 and is run by his daughter Gül Basmacı and him. Core values have been passed down from father to daughter: to enhance the diamond, to push the boundries and to strive continuously for excellence.

Coming from a background of diamond traders affected Gül and after she graduated from the International Relations Department of Koç University in 2008, She acquired her GIA Certificate (Gemological Institute of America) in London. She has always had a natural passion for jewelry; and she turned her passion into family business to design a timeless high-end jewelry pieces.
